Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that focuses on our nervous system and connective tissue through a series of floor forms that are held for several minutes. As our bodies relax into the shapes our nervous system begins to settle and the voice of our chattering monkey mind becomes a faint whisper.
For this class you will need a yoga mat or clean towel to lie down and several options to offer the body support. This could be several pillows, yoga bolsters or rolled blankets and towels..
