At the start of the pandemic, I found myself suffering from incredible pain and lack of mobility in my shoulders. My father had shoulder replacement surgery a few years ago and I feared I was headed on that path. I found Beth online and began to work with her virtually. The journey to recovery has been amazing. A year later, my shoulders are 90% better, I do not need surgery, not even pain killers. And I have an incredible newfound awareness of my body. Beth is so patient, kind and introspective. Every session is healing to the body and the mind and she gently prods and taps into what external factors might be causing internal discomfort and then makes space for acknowledging and healing all of it. I am so incredibly grateful that I found Beth at a little yoga studio in New York City more than 20 years ago, and I have managed to keep her in my life all this time, despite the physical miles between us.
