In my life-long spiritual searching (it actually started when I was 14 and that's another story), I have been on a journey to reconcile my pain with the beauty of life. Which means, I've also tried many therapeutic models and while all were a great step on the path, nothing compares to Internal Family Systems. This modality, developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, is actually a blend of spiritual practice with psychotherapy, minus the pathologizing. That's right, the diagnoses for everyone is ... there are immature parts trying to live our adult lives who are stuck in past pain and suffering, and there is a Self who can be a witness to their pain, bring them out of the past, and use their very often wise and compassionate insights to live a whole-hearted life filled with courage, clarity, compassion, confidence, creativity, calmness, curiosity and connectedness.
And if you are interested in a blend of Buddhism and Internal Family Systems, Loch Kelly has developed an entire interface with IFS and his Buddhist teachings of Effortless Mindfulness.
Many guided meditations by Dick Schwartz and others are on YouTube, Insight Timer and probably many more places than I have perused. Below is the main website for IFS.
