Day of Gratitude

Please join Insight Denver for an afternoon of sitting and walking meditation, a community-building event, and a BYOB (bring your own box) dinner. Practicing with sangha is one of the greatest supports on the spiritual path. Retreats can be hard to schedule, even taking an entire day can seem challenging. Here is a chance to get together, share some silence and some food, and enjoy the company of like-hearted people.

This event will be held at First Baptist Church, 1373 N. Grant St., Denver, CO. There is plenty of parking (Permit Only signs do not apply at night or on the weekends).
